CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION
2022 New Trucking Lawyers Division Bootcamp
You asked for it...you got it!
ATAA has scheduled its first ever New Trucking Lawyers Division (NTLD) Bootcamp on April 6 - April 8, 2022 at the Rio in Las Vegas. This program is limited to 60 attendees on a first come, first served basis.
The NTLD Bootcamp is a great opportunity open to lawyers new to trucking litigation, who have been handling trucking cases for 0-5 years. You will get hands-on practice, coached by experienced faculty, in the skills needed to master trucking cases.
America's top trucking lawyers will teach how to:
- Find the rules applicable to trucking cases;
- How to use those rules to prove both driver and company negligence;
- Effective examination of defense witnesses, including drivers, safety directors and expert witnesses; and
- Give winning opening statements.
After each lecture, attendees will break into small groups in which they will practice these skills. Each attendee will get to find rules, examine witnesses, and give an opening statement. Each attendee will receive feedback and coaching from experienced faculty.
Program dates are April 6 - April 8, 2022, but you must arrive on April 5th in time to register that evening (6:00pm-9:00pm).
