BOARD CERTIFICATION FOR PLAINTIFF ATTORNEYS

In today’s legal world, anyone can claim expertise in anything and it is very difficult to separate those with real experience from those who simply have good marketing campaigns. How is a victim in need of a lawyer for a serious truck crash case to know the difference?  The Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA) strongly believes that both victims and society as a whole are best served when serious truck crash cases are handled by attorneys with substantial experience in handling these highly specialized cases.  This is why ATAA created a board certification process.  To be eligible to sit for the board certification examination, a candidate must first document that they meet the strict experience criteria for board eligibility.  The criteria are objective and unbiased.  The candidate’s experience is then verified independently by ATAA.  Only after successful vetting will a candidate be permitted to take the board certification examination.

Board certification examination is the most comprehensive examination anywhere that tests what top lawyers who are at the cutting edge of handling truck crash litigation must know.  Again, the testing is objective and unbiased.
